The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that students complete a Prelicense course. The Prestige School of Real Estate currently offers an approved course on CD-Rom or Internet format.
Upon completion of the course, you must take and pass a course exam in person at our campus in Savannah. A score of "75%" constitutes passing.
Upon passing the course exam, the Prestige School of Real Estate will report your course and test completion to AMP (Applied Measurement Professionals), the company that is responsible for administering the Georgia State Real Estate exam.
You will be responsible for contacting AMP to schedule a time to take the Georgia State Real Estate exam. Upon passing the state exam* (score of "75%"), you are a licensed Real Estate Agent**.
* The Georgia Real Estate Commission provides special consideration for Veterans of the United States Armed Forces.
Please contact the Georgia Real Estate Commission for further details.
** The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires a background check for all applicants wishing to obtain a real estate
license. You could be denied a real estate license pending a review of your criminal background.
